The Church at Junction 10
God loves us so much that He sent His only son to die for us.
(John 3:16) Jesus spent his life preparing for his mission, executing the plan and delegating authority to his followers to carry on after his death.
He taught that men and women were responsible for seeking God and that there would be 'few' who would find everlasting life.
"But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it" Matthew 7:14
Jesus taught in Matthew 24:14 that the good news of the kingdom must first be preached to all the nations before He comes back to this earth again. This in present day terms means 238 nations and 6000 ethnic groups.
Those of us who know Jesus and have everlasting life, are all commissioned to:
"make disciples of all nations, baptising them................and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always to the very end of the age"
Matthew 28:19,20
